Description
Beautiful natural coloured carded wool fibre gift box. Comprising of 150g of earthy toned wool fibres in the form of squishy hand carded mini batts! In a pretty selection of completely natural colours as they grew on the sheep. I have included a mix of different textured wool which will all give different effects and appearances they are perfect for needle felting, wet felting, spinning or weaving – all washed and carded ready for your imagination – much more interesting than plain old Merino wool! They are neatly packaged in a gift box as shown and each batt is individually labelled so they are ideal as a gift for yourself or a wool loving crafty friend! This is all sustainable, ethical and cruelty-free wool from my own flock.
The fibre selection/sample box comprises of 8 mini batts with a total weight of 150g. Included is some blue-grey Icelandic lopi wool from our ram Sven, black Jacob x Shetland lambswool from our ram Smartie, caramel brown Shetland x Soay wool from Martha, beautiful hairy brown/grey wool from Magic, super squishy Soay x Shetland grey / brown wool from Daffodil and more!
You will receive all the hand carded wool as pictured which in total weighs 150g.
As the wool is a wonderful natural product from a happy sheep and has been completely processed by my own hands there is most likely still the odd grass seed and whisp of hay to be found amongst the fibres though I have done my best to remove them. This is the beauty of nature and sheep 🙂

We keep a well loved, high welfare flock of pet and rescue sheep on the Llyn Peninsular in North Wales. Our sheep are a part of the family and each is known by name. All our wool and makes are vegetarian-friendly as we do not breed or sell sheep for the meat market and our sheep live out their natural lives with us. I am a fulltime mum and shepherdess. In my (none existent!) free time I make things from wool from the sheep in order to sustain them.
