Felt Christmas Stars Red Decoration Set
A little set of 4 red needle felted Christmas star decorations hand-crafted from sheep’s wool. Perfect natural decorations to brighten up your Christmas tree and home. They are presented in a simple card gift box – a perfect present for someone or perhaps for yourself!
The wool used to make these stars is from a sheep called Mango. Mango lives here with all her woolly pals. After shearing some of her lovely white fleece was washed and then popped in a large pan, a little magic dye added and ‘poof’ her fleece turned red! Perfect for making some festive stars that are kind to sheep and the planet. The sale of every item directly sustains the flock, buying feed and medicines and hay in the winter months.
This listing is for the exact set of 4 stars in the photos. There are two different shades of red.
The only parts that are not wool from my flock are the jute twine that the stars hang from and the gift packaging.
Size – Small Stars – Approx 4.5cm diameter (including string 19cm total length)
Size – Large Stars – Approx 6cm diameter (including string 23cm total length)
All my needle felted items are very solidly felted with carefully added details. They are crafted with a lot of love and care and not rushed so they take a surprising amount of time to make. That is not including the time spent shearing the sheep, washing the wool, carding, dyeing or spinning!
Please note – This is NOT a toy. It has been created for display and decoration purposes only. It is made from small needle felted wool pieces and hairy textured wool and so could pose a hazard for babies or small children. Please do not give to children under 3 years old.
I always make every effort to show the true colours of items in my photos and website photos are never enhanced but sometimes colours may vary due to different monitor settings and lighting.

A lot of time, care and love go into all my items they are all individually made one at a time by just 1 pair of hands – from caring for and shearing the sheep, washing the wool and crafting an item to the packaging and posting – handmade in the truest sense of the word.

We keep a well-loved, high welfare flock of pet and rescue sheep on the Llyn Peninsular in North Wales. Our sheep are a part of the family and each is known by name. All our wool and makes are vegetarian-friendly as we do not breed or sell sheep for the meat market and our sheep live out their natural lives with us. I am a full-time mum and shepherdess. In my (none existent!) free time I make things from wool from the sheep in order to sustain them.
