Beautiful ocean themed wool fibre gift box. Comprising of 100g of amazing fun wool fibres in the form of handsorted & handdyed locks, fleece and mini rolls of handcarded carded wool! In a pretty array of natural and dyed colour tones and textures. The prefect selection for creating a unique felted picture, needle felting, handspun art yarn or weaving – wherever you imagination takes you! I have neatly packaged them in a gift box as shown so they are ideal as a gift for yourself or a wool loving crafty friend! This is all sustainable, ethical and cruelty free wool from my own flock. These colours are amazing and they suit perfectly an ocean, mermaid, waves or unicorn, magical, fantasy theme and some of the locks would lend themselves well to doll making – so many possibilites and creative fun to be had!

Included in the fibre selection box are some natural Wensleydale locks from our sheep Hagrid, Gotland x Greyface Dartmoor locks from Porridge in their natural and dyed colours. The dyed fleece is from Luna who is a Wensleydale x Texel sheep and there are also some dyed locks from Alice who is a Wensleydale x Greyface Dartmoor. The mini carded batts come from a few different sheep, including some Soay x Shetland natural colour and dyed.

You will receive all the wool as pictured which in total weighs 100g.

As the wool is a wonderful natural product from a happy sheep and has been completely processed by my own hands there is most likely still the odd grass seed and whisp of hay to be found amongst the fibres though I have done my best to remove them. This is the beauty of nature and sheep 🙂

A lot of time, care and love go into all my items they are all individually made one at a time by just 1 pair of hands – from caring for and shearing the sheep, washing the wool and crafting an item to the packaging and posting – handmade in the truest sense of the word.

Postage is with Royal Mail 2nd class and items are dispatched within 1-3 working days. All items are presented in a simple attractive recyclable gift box -the cost for this and packaging has been factored in to any postage cost.

We keep a well loved, high welfare flock of pet and rescue sheep on the Llyn Peninsular in North Wales. Our sheep are a part of the family and each is known by name. All our wool and makes are vegetarian-friendly as we do not breed or sell sheep for the meat market and our sheep live out their natural lives with us. I am a fulltime mum and shepherdess. In my (none existent!) free time I make things from wool from the sheep in order to sustain them.
